1983-2005 Coto Technology: Designed and re-designed automatic test equipment measuring a variety of parameters on small reed relays (electronic components). Custom-built software monitors test progress, tracked testing efficiency, meet ISO-9000 standard. Software consists of > 100,000 lines of 'C' code, 45,000 lines of assembly language code, and another 40,000 lines of Basic. Automated test handlers control pneumatics, improving test rates by over 100%. A full statistical quality control system was built around the 35+ networked test stations which tracks quality and yields throughout the production process and provides up to the minute statistics, reports, and graphs.
